With a diverse range of responsibilities, the Project Foreman takes charge of critical tasks, including managing seamless job transitions, meticulously tracking bid quantities, and providing essential support in cost and schedule management, constructability assessments, quality control, and safety initiatives. They actively contribute to work planning, procurement efforts, and contract management while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance. As a crucial asset to project execution, the Project Superintendent collaborates closely with the Project Manager, providing invaluable support in overseeing multiple small projects or one medium to large-size project. Their responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum of activities, including managing seamless job transitions, meticulous bid quantity tracking, and assisting in the efficient management of cost, schedule, constructability, quality, safety, work planning, procurement, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.
