As a Project Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating the successful execution of construction projects within our company. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of project operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other essential records. Collaborating closely with the project management team, you will assist in coordinating project schedules, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and other essential records. Ensure that files are up-to-date and readily accessible to the project team and relevant stakeholders.
Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with the project management team to assist in coordinating project activities and schedules. Keep track of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure that all tasks are executed on time.
Communication Facilitation: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications. Efficiently relay information between team members, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear and effective communication channels.
Procurement Support: Assist in procurement activities by managing purchase orders, tracking supply orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and update status reports regularly. Identify potential delays or issues and communicate them to the project manager to facilitate prompt resolution.
Financial Tracking: Collaborate with the finance team to track project expenses, invoices, and budget allocations. Help maintain accurate financial records and support cost control efforts.
Stakeholder Updates: Prepare and distribute regular project status updates and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed about the project's development.
Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential risks or challenges during the project lifecycle and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in project management or administration would be advantageous.
